Every month, the subscription renews and you can use our services for 30 more days. You can upgrade your plan to pause or cancel anytime.
Absolutely! You can get in contact with us via email, app or chat and you will have credentials to access to them.
We prefer written and recorded communication over calls since it is much more reliable for documentation.
You can upgrade your plan and choose to pause your subscription in case you believe you'd need our services later.
The remaining days will be rolled up and you'd have them available to use when you decided to come back.
Our subscription model works with monthly instalments.
In case you have purchased the Tremendo One subscription without the upgrade, you will still have the remaining days available until the end of the month.

We don’t include Complex illustrations & animations, Weekly sync calls, Workshops, Hosting & Domain costs, or paid fonts.
Yes! If you upgrade your plan you can pause it and return when you have more design tasks handle.
No. The hosting and domain costs are paid by the subscriber by the end of the project or billing cycle.
We have a priority label on each of the tasks. That will determine the urgency of the task. If you need something to get done quickly you an include that in the request and we will do what ever it takes to solve it ASAP.
Normally, tasks are solved in a 2-3 day span.
Depending on the design, a landing page design could be solved in a week, a larger website in 2 weeks and its construction in 1 or 2 weeks more.
Don’t worry! We will work on your design until you are completely satisfied.
It will depend on the frequency in which you’d have those projects. On many occasions, members realised that they needed more designs once they had already started.
We will keep contact on chat and email while your subscription is active.With regards to design requests, we keep everything under a queue method, adding tasks to a pipeline that can be prioritised and solved as work is done and approved.
After your sign up, we need you to answer a few questions in other to see if we are a good match. If so, you can book a 20 min discovery meeting to get to know each other better.
